The Principal Workday Consultant will be responsible for solutioning, navigating, and optimizing Workday Security while ensuring successful production support for HCM and additional modules under the HCM umbrella.ResponsibilitiesAct as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited directionUnderstand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production effortsSupport clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc. as neededPartner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etcCollaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignmentAccurately maintain forecast in a timely mannerPartner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEsStay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practicesBuild strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer serviceSkillsMinimum of two years of Workday HCM and Security experience as the lead consultant at a Workday partner firm is requiredWorkday Partner Certifications required: HCM Core AND at least one of these: Comp, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, People Experience, Peakon or Data ConversionEmployment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certificationAll required Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPAMust have experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and previous experience building custom reports in WorkdayStrong organizational skills are required.
