ROLE Proposal & Procurement for PBEN & PCTP Vendor Coordination: Request, follow up, and collect quotations/offers from vendors and subcontractors Offer Evaluation: Review and analyse vendor proposals for technical compliance, commercial terms, and alignment with project requirements Documentation: Maintain records of vendor communications, quotations, and comparison sheets Collaboration: Work closely with the vendors, engineering, and proposal teams to ensure all technical and commercial aspects are addressed Deadline Management: Ensure timely receipt of vendor offers to meet bidding schedules Market Awareness: Stay updated on vendor capabilities, pricing trends, and industry standards REQUIREMENTS 8-10 years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, or procurement Strong understanding of technical specifications and commercial terms Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships Commitment to meeting deadlines under pressure Required Certification/s: Supply chain management .
