Job Summary We are looking for a creative and energetic Reels Creator to develop engaging short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and other digital platforms. The candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, creating concepts and producing trendy, engaging content. Key Responsibilities Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form videos. Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks and storylines for reels. Appear on camera and confidently present products, services and promotional content. Shoot videos using mobile phones/cameras with proper framing, lighting and audio. Edit reels with transitions, captions, music, effects and trending elements. Identify and utilize current social media trends, sounds, hashtags and formats. Create product demonstrations, educational videos, promotional content and behind-the-scenes videos. Collaborate with the Marketing, Branding, Video Editing and Digital Marketing teams. Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all content. Track reel performance such as views, reach, engagement and follower growth. Continuously experiment with new content ideas to improve engagement and reach. Required Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms. Creativity and strong understanding of trending content. Basic to good knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar. Confidence in front of the camera. Good Tamil communication; English knowledge is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines. Qualification Any Degree / Diploma / Relevant certification. Freshers with strong interest and talent in content creation can apply. Preferred Skills Acting / Anchoring / VJ experience. Photography and videography knowledge. Script writing and storytelling. Graphic design knowledge. Previous experience in social media content creation Compensation: 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
