Job Description: Position Title Digital & Analytics Analyst / Power BI Developer Job Location Pune (WFO) Educational Qualifications Required: B.E/Any Graduate Experience Required Experince-3-5 years Job description: Job Title: Digital & Analytics Analyst / Power BI Developer Job Summary: We are looking for a Temporary Analyst to support Equipment Projects & Services (EP&S) organization across multiple categories to accelerate the digitalization journey. The role will focus on accelerating digitalization and analytics development, with particular emphasis on Power BI reporting, data integration, and automation of category insights. What You Will Do Act as a key Analytics partner for EP&S category teams, supporting multiple categories in parallel Translate category strategies and business questions into data-driven insights and digital solutions Design, develop, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards, from concept to deployment Connect, validate, and document data sources (e.g., SAP, Excel, SharePoint, data lakes, structured files) Ensure data quality, robustness, and maintainability of all analytics solutions Take responsibility for maintenance, continuous improvement, and change management of existing dashboards Drive standardization and automation of reporting where relevant across categories Coordinate with Global IM / Data & Analytics teams on data availability, access, and backend integration Support user validation, training, and adoption of analytics solutions Document solutions, data models, and logic to ensure long-term usability and scalability Professional Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (PL300 or equivalent experience) Solid understanding of Data modeling DAX SQL (mandatory) Python / PySpark (nice to have) Experience integrating multiple data sources (SAP, flat files, databases, cloud sources) Understanding of business intelligence best practices, including performance and governance Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment Familiarity with Procurement, Category Management, or Services-related data is a plus 35 years of experience in BI, analytics, or a similar role Strong documentation discipline and structured problem-solving approach .
