Canada is looking for a confident and motivated Finance Representative to join our team and support our international client engagement and business development activities. Key Responsibilities Make and receive calls with international clients and prospects. Communicate professionally with clients in English and understand their requirements. Explain relevant financial products, services, or solutions based on client requirements. Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing clients through calls and emails. Identify potential business opportunities through client conversations and market research. Assist the business development team with lead generation and client outreach. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and prospect information. Schedule meetings between clients and internal teams based on requirements. Conduct basic financial and company research to support client discussions. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client-related documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client requirements. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling client and financial information. Requirements B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or a related finance qualification is mandatory. Good understanding of basic finance and business concepts. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Comfortable speaking with international clients over phone calls. Confident, professional, and pleasant communication style. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand client requirements and communicate information clearly. Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable working for at least 8 hours daily in the EST time zone. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM or database management is an advantage. Prior experience in customer communication, telecalling, sales, finance, business development, or client coordination will be preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Confident and comfortable speaking with international clients. Fluent in English with clear pronunciation and professional communication. Interested in finance, client management, and business development.
