JOB DESCRIPTION In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials for monthly, quarterly closes Meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations and key drivers Flash reporting of orders & sales by country/sites, Business Activity etc. Prepare management reports and provide comprehensive variance analysis. Prepare, review, and consolidate different management reports from Hyperion, Oracle, BI (e.g. Product Group, Kind-of-Business, Presidents Operating Report, and etc.) to be used by business unit leaders, and officers. Works on various initiatives to improve processes and efficiency especially on creating Power BI or Dashboard to improve productivity Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives. Initiate Process improvements to create efficiency Produce ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by managers, or points-of-contact. Drive continuous process improvement culture within group Who You Are: You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain. For This Role, You Will Need: Finance Professional with minimum 3year of work experience in FP&A Domain Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools Analytical thinking ability and good team player Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
