We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Guest Relations Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work in rotational shifts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Counsel visitors and convince them to registerAnswering phone calls and keeping records of all enquiresFollow up on leadsEnsure achievement of sales targets Maintain good relations with all guestsCorrespond with members and coaching participantsMaintain records of all registrationsManagement of activities at the center and general center maintenanceKEY COMPETENCIES: Must have at least 4 years of experience in Sales of Services, Customer facing role.Excellent written and oral communication skillsSelf driven with strong adherence to deadlinesExcellent problem-solving and customer service skillsShould be energetic with a passion to learn and growWorking knowledge of MS Office, Internet, etcExposure to sports is an added advantageJob Type: Permanent Compensation: 10,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
