Position: Head Of Sales Experience: 15+ Years Location: Indore (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Note: Only Indore-based candidates will be preferred. Role Summary The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the entire sales function and driving the organization's revenue growth. This is a leadership role requiring a hands-on sales professional who can build strategy, lead teams, and actively contribute to winning strategic opportunities. The Sales Head will own the overall business generation target of the sales department, manage Sales Consultants and Lead Generation Team Leads, and participate in the sales cycle whenever requiredfrom discovery meetings to deal closureespecially for high-value and strategic opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall Sales Department, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.Own the overall revenue and business generation targets of the sales team and ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants and Lead Generation Team Leads to maximize team performance and productivity.Build and execute sales strategies to expand business across domestic and international markets.Establish sales plans, KPIs, and performance metrics while driving accountability across the team.Review sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion metrics to ensure healthy business growth.Work closely with the Lead Generation team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.Take ownership of strategic and high-value opportunities by participating at any stage of the sales cycle, including:Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, decision-makers, and strategic partners.Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and growth strategies.Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition and project handover.Ensure CRM accuracy, sales reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards are maintained.Create a high-performance sales culture through coaching, regular reviews, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.15+ years of experience in B2B IT Services or Software Sales.Minimum 8+ years of experience leading sales teams.Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.Strong experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and strategic account management.Experience selling custom software development, AI, digital transformation, cloud, or technology consulting services.Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
