Today, the company is recognized for innovation, quality, and a robust nationwide market presence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Vijayawada. The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales of Kansai Nerolacs products within an assigned territory, achieving volume and revenue targets, and expanding the customer base. Day-to-day activities include visiting dealers, distributors, and key customers; executing sales plans; monitoring stock levels; and ensuring timely order collection and payments. The role involves conducting product presentations, coordinating promotional activities, gathering market intelligence, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and end customers. The Sales Officer will collaborate closely with the regional sales team and cross-functional colleagues to support brand visibility and overall business growth. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve targets and grow territory business.Experience in channel management, dealer engagement, and customer relationship management, preferably in FMCG or building materials/paints.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products and influence buying decisions.Basic analytical and reporting skills to track performance, analyze market trends, and prepare sales reports.Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with using CRM or sales tracking systems.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.Knowledge of the local AP + Telangana market and surrounding regions, with willingness to travel within the territory.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. .
