Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve business objectives. - Drive sales performance by ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned business targets. - Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity. - Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to support business growth. - Monitor sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans where required. - Ensure adherence to organizational policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Eligibility Criteria - Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. - Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales. - Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams. - Proficiency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory. - Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of the Chennai market and customer landscape. - Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.
