Position : Customer Support Executive Experience : 1-2 yrs Location : Daryaganj, Delhi Working Days : 6 days (Mon - Sat) Salary : 18k - 25k Responsibilities: Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services and policies to address customer concerns effectively. Responding to customer inquiries accurately and on time, through various channels, including phone, email and chat. Address customer feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Handle a high volume of customer contacts while maintaining quality service. Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our customer support software. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Communication or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or related role, showcasing your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. - Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. - Effective problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions quickly. - Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment. - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for streamlined customer interactions.
