Project Manager & Client Servicing Executive (Surat)

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Understanding the projects/briefs and assisting the founder with client strategies. 2) Onboarding clients, creating project plans, and assigning briefs and tasks to internal teams. 3) Organising and maintaining all incoming leads and assisting in creating pitch decks, proposals and other sales materials. 4) Maintain and generate ideas for internal social media and marketing activities. 5) Doing research for clients and playing a role in setting strategy for brands Skills Required: Good Communication Skills & English Language skills Attention to detail Proficient in Google Workspace, Upcoming AI tools Must be able to work with a team Canva or design softwares/Apps is a Plus Knowledge of InShot and other apps is a plus 1 or more years of experience working in a Design Studio Candidate must be keen to work in the branding and design space. Understand design and industry requirements for various media. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks, along with positive time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Industry experience is a must. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION, in MUMBAI. (NO FREELANCE or REMOTE WORK) .
