Job Title: Client Engagement Industry: IT Recruitment / Staffing Experience: 46 years Employment Type: Full-time Location:Hyderabad Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Engagement professional to manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role will involve understanding IT hiring requirements, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, driving for closures, and ensuring high-quality client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day relationships with clients.Understand client hiring requirements, skill expectations, experience levels, budgets, and timelines.Work closely with recruiters/sourcing teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.Follow up with clients on candidate feedback, interviews, selections, offers, and onboarding.Conduct regular client connects and gather feedback on recruitment performance.Track open positions, submissions, interviews, closures, and revenue targets.Negotiate commercial terms, rate cards, contracts, and staffing requirements where applicable.Maintain accurate client and recruitment activity reports in CRM/ATS, Excel sheets/G Drive, Client VMS.Required Skills: Strong knowledge of IT recruitment/staffing and the technology hiring ecosystem.Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.Experience working with MSPs/VMS platforms.Strong negotiation, presentation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work with delivery teams to meet client SLAs/TATs. .
