Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions in-store, handling client concerns effectively, gathering feedback, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, requiring active engagement with customers and staff.
