International Recruitment Advisor

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in international hiring , counselling, admissions, recruitment, immigration,, or consultative sales who enjoy engaging with people and delivering meaningful career outcomes. Key Responsibilities Advise and counsel prospective candidates and their families on international employment and migration opportunities. Explain recruitment pathways, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, visa processes, and onboarding procedures in a clear and professional manner. Manage inbound and outbound calls, virtual consultations, walk-ins, and candidate inquiries. Convert qualified leads into registered applicants through effective counseling, relationship management, and consultative selling. Build trust and maintain long-term engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, messaging platforms, and online/offline meetings. Achieve monthly registration, conversion, and revenue targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, candidate interactions, registrations, and closures in the CRM system. Collaborate with recruitment, documentation, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Stay updated on international labour market trends, visa pathways, and employer requirements. Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in any discipline. 25 years of experience in counseling, admissions, recruitment, international hiring, immigration consulting, overseas education, BFSI sales, healthcare recruitment, or consultative sales roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proven ability to achieve targets in a performance-driven environment. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setup. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM platforms.
