Organizational Overview: This role is part of the Identity and Access Management Security team and will be helping build security solutions to secure privilege users. This role will report to our VP, Privileged Access Monitoring Leader, Role Summary/Purpose: Member of HPA monitoring team responsible for monitoring activity of privileged accounts within the Synchrony environment. Key Responsibilities: Ability to convey data in a meaningful and concise mannerDevelop dashboards/metrics to present monitoring results to IT leadership teamWork with IT stakeholders to review results of IT monitoring and identify gapsPerform root cause analysis for identified gaps and determine solutions to address gapsTrack any corrective action plans generated during IT monitoringReview new/existing HPA accessInvestigate and respond to HPA AlertsTrack HPA violationsMaintain documentationPerform certifications for HPA users Required Skills & Knowledge: Bachelors Degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant IT work experience, or in lieu of a degree up to 7 years of relevant IT work experience.2 to 5 years of Experience in using Splunk.Minimum 3 years combined successful work experience as a system developmentMS Office skills: Strong Excel, PowerPointAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProgrammatic thinkingSelf-motivated; ability to multi-task with strong analytical skillsStrong oral and written communication skills. Desired Characteristics: Previous work experience in a regulated environmentprogrammer/analyst working across multiple IT/cross-functional team. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors Degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant IT work experience, or in lieu of a degree up to 7 years of relevant IT work experience. Work Timings: 4:00 AM to 1:00PM EST This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose.
