The role requires maintaining accurate payroll records, handling exception processing, and supporting forecasting and analytics. Additionally, this role will involve collaboration on mid-year and year-end processes to ensure precise time management data. Qualifications: Responsibilities: Process pre-payroll activities, ensuring adherence to Germanlabor regulationsCollaborate with HR and finance teams to gather necessary payroll inputs and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation, including data for internal and external auditsEnsure all records meet organizational standards and regulatory requirementsManage exception processing, including special cases and one-off paymentsForecast payroll expenses and generate analytical reports for management reviewAssist in mid-year and year-end tasks such as reconciling time management data and adjusting recordsWork with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of all required informationCreate regular payroll reports and dashboards, providing insights to stakeholders Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, HR, or a related fieldProficiency in English at a B2level or higher.
