Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Responsabilidades: Colaborar con los clientes para recopilar todos los requisitos de nmina y guiarlos a travs de talleres, pasos de configuracin y puesta en marcha del sistema.Validar y configurar la solucin de nmina del cliente y sus integraciones, garantizando el cumplimiento de las regulaciones legales.Brindar asistencia y soporte en el mapeo de datos, migracin, preparacin de YTD y verificaciones de exactitud.Gestionar todas las fases de pruebas del sistema (SIT, UAT, corridas paralelas, etc.) y resolver problemas de configuracin o integracin junto con los equipos locales y globales.Supervisar las actividades de golive, asegurando que el sistema de nmina est listo para su implementacin.Hacer seguimiento al progreso del proyecto, documentar actividades y colaborar con los gerentes y el equipo de proyecto para garantizar el cumplimiento oportuno de los hitos.Requisitos: Ttulo universitario o de posgrado en Administracin, Recursos Humanos, un campo tcnico o experiencia equivalente, con participacin comprobada en 3 o ms implementaciones exitosas de SAP HCM.Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones de nmina de Argentina, Colombia, Chile o Mxico, y un historial slido en la entrega de implementaciones de sistemas de RR.
