Learn Job Description : Join our Skilled Services Payroll Consulting Team Our Professional Services Payroll consulting team is responsible for deploying SAP / SuccessFactors payroll projects within time, budget and scope. We ensure readiness for our Application Management team to smoothly take over in a business as usual mode. We collaborate with pre-sales, sales and functional teams, across delivery business units and regions to ensure successful delivery of payroll projects and maintenance services to our enterprise clients. THE ROLE As an SAP HCM Payroll Lead Consultant, you will be key in ensuring all client configuration requirements are correct. You will have ownership for the technical and functional implementation of client projects and/or within Application Management Services for Germany, Austria and/or Switzerland. You will collaborate with cross-functional work-streams to provide support and guidance for data migrations and operational activities. RESPONSIBILITIES - Partnering with our clients to understand their current payroll requirements to propose effective Strada solutions - Understanding client business issues and constraints and recommend the best solutions - Capture and document client requirement .
