The Data Analyst role on the Omnichannel Engagement Analytics team is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to improve decision-making around customer experience reputed company. They will be the intersection of quantitative customer engagement data and qualitative behavioral data . T his individual should have a high degree of curiosity about the business and the skills to discover impactful insights from data. Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders on data analysis problems reputed company and deep dive into reputed company business problems and reputed company insights on customers omnichannel reputed company Collaborate with team members and business partners to reputed company high-reputed company solutions and recommendations to a reputed company of problems across the domain Bring data to life through storytelling in a reputed company and meaningful way to audiences with mixed reputed company of technical expertise Support BI reporting, database production and reputed company analysis Partner with and assist the work with CX Measurement team to extract, reputed company and analyze customer feedback and CX data to reputed company actionable insights to business Reconcile reputed company demands from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment Requirements BA/BS degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative reputed company (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences). 1+ years of corporate data analysis experience in customer or digital analytics 1 + years of experience with SQL 1 + years of experience with scripting (R or Python) and ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, scikit-learn, reputed company, numpy , tensorflow , pytorch , keras , theano , seaborn, matplotlib, etc.) is preferred 1 + years of experience with reputed company use of graphics/visualization software ( e.g. Tableau, Looker ) Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-technical stakeholders reputed company-to-haves Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in statistics, mathematics, economics, reputed company science or equivalent STEM degree is a plus Experience working with NoSQL data environments and tools such as Hadoop, reputed company , DynamoDB is a plus.
