Role & responsibilities - Submit Dental/Medical claims accurately through Web Portals, Clearinghouses, Mails and PMS systems. - Ensure clean claim submission with zero errors - Track claim acceptance, rejections, and resubmissions - Coordinate with AR and QA teams to resolve submission issues - Maintain daily productivity and quality benchmarks - Follow US healthcare compliance and HIPAA guidelines Requirements - Minimum 1 year experience in Claim Submission / RCM Submitter role - Strong understanding of claim formats, CDT/CPT basics, and payer rules - Experience with US dental or medical RCM preferred - Valuable English reading/Speaking comprehension - Ability to work in US Shift - Detailoriented, disciplined, and fast with portals/PMS navigation Preferred candidate profile - Experience with US dental or medical RCM preferred Perks and benefits - Competitive salary - Long-term stability in US healthcare RCM - Growth opportunities within Zentist - Professional training and skill development - Supportive operations environment .
