Technical Product Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a process-driven, technically literate Technical Product Operations Coordinator with 4+ years of experience to own the execution lifecycle of our product portfolio. You will act as the vital bridge between our co-located Engineering hub, our off-site Delivery office, and the Product Manager. Your primary mission is to run tight Jira workflows, manage cross-location dependencies, and shield the PM from daily operational friction so they can focus on long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities Jira & Process Ownership : Maintain flawless Jira hygiene. Optimize workflows, map epics, track sprint velocity, and ensure cross-location dependencies are explicitly linked and monitored. Technical Translation & Gatekeeping : Partner with our co-located engineering team to triage daily technical queries. Translate complex technical constraints into clear documentation and ensure developers have 100% complete assets before sprint kickoff. Cross-Site Delivery Control : Serve as the primary anchor to our separate Delivery office. Package release notes, manage deployment timelines, and proactively flag delivery risks. Sprint Facilitation : Own the logistics, backlog refinement, ticket readiness, and action-item tracking for all agile ceremonies. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in product operations, technical project management, or scrum mastering within an Agile software environment. Advanced, hands-on mastery of Jira (complex filters, dependency mapping, reporting). High technical literacyability to comfortably discuss APIs, databases, and deployment pipelines with engineers without needing to code. Proven track record managing cross-site, distributed, or hybrid team communication. Location : Nagpur .
