We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with 6+ years of experience who is passionate about building scalable AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering mindset, hands-on expertise in generative AI, and the potential to grow into an architecture-focused role by contributing to solution design, technical decision-making, and AI best practices. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks, along with the ability to design, develop, and deliver production-ready AI applications. Key Responsibilities Design and build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Develop AI workflows and agent-based solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for knowledge-driven applications. Contribute to designing end-to-end AI solution architectures with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance. Optimize prompts, context management, memory, and AI workflows for performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable AI solutions. Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices. Prepare technical documentation and support the deployment of AI solutions into production. Technical Requirements 6+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or open-source LLMs. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI agent frameworks. Strong understanding of RAG architecture and AI application development. Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs. Good knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agent development, and LLM optimization. Understanding of scalable application design and production deployment. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
