Senior Analyst/Administrator-Cost Controlling (Hyderabad)

Job Title / Position-Sr Analyst/Admin Cost Controlling Department-Cost Controlling SSO Reporting to-Asst General Manager Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities: KPIs: - Ensure audit-ready costing processes and accurate financial reporting. - Adhere to month-end close timelines and reporting deadlines. - Collaborate with business teams for data collection, reporting, and analysis. - Continuously improve reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical insights. - Lead Finance Controlling and cross-functional projects to drive business value. Required qualification: CA/ ICWA qualified Length of overall experience Fresher , 1-2 yrs exp will be preferred Must to have Skills: - CA / CMA qualification is required. - Strong fundamentals in accounting, costing, and financial controlling concepts. - Good analytical ability, with attention to detail in data review, reconciliations, and reporting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and working with large datasets. - Ability to interact and coordinate with local business teams for data collection, reporting, month-end close activities, and basic analysis. - Basic exposure to ERP systems; SAP FI/CO/MM/CO-PA /FA knowledge will be an advantage. - Fluency in written and spoken English for effective communication with internal stakeholders. - Ability to work within defined timelines and support month-end close deliverables. - Ability to approach activities from an audit readiness, reporting accuracy, and business relevance perspective. - Proactive, self-driven, and willing to take ownership of assigned activities with a solution-oriented mindset. - Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements and priorities. Positive to have Skills: - Working knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly FI/CO/FA modules. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities. Must to have Skills: - Strong communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English. - Clear understanding of basic accounting concepts and their practical application. Other requirements if any Work Timings: 11:30AM to 8:30PM, for Month close 5PM to 2AM .
