The purpose of the Head of Group Consolidation & Reporting role at YOHT Group is to ensure the accurate consolidation and reporting of financial data (of 6 subsidiaries spread across the globe (India, US, Europe, Israel) with annual revenue of +$1Billion), foster transparency, trust and credibility in the financial reporting process. Key responsibilities of the role include analyzing performance of each legal entity, reviewing their financial position, driving corrective actions, and leading enhancement in overall YOHT KK (Group Entity, Japan based) reporting quality and uniformity. Leading a Center of Excellence for IFRS standards, guiding entities in complex accounting issues and statutory audits. Building robust relationships with auditors and finance teams promotes transparency.
