Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities Lead the Finance & Accounts department Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Handle banking operations, project finance, working capital, and loan proposals Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and investors Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team We're Looking For B.Com / M.Com (CA Preferred) Relevant Finance & Accounts experience: - B.Com / M.Com 45+ Years - Chartered Accountant 23 Years Post Qualification Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
