Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads for hotel rooms, banquet halls, conferences, events, and corporate requirements.Conduct regular B2B field visits to corporates, travel agencies, event planners, wedding planners, and local businesses.Identify and develop new corporate accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Generate enquiries for room bookings, corporate stays, meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, site visits, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closure.Promote hotel packages, room inventory, banquet facilities, and event packages.Achieve monthly room-night, banquet revenue, and overall sales targets.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and submit daily sales reports/DSR.Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business.Track competitor rates, market trends, and local business opportunities.Build a strong database of potential corporate and event clients for continuous lead generation.Ideal Candidate: Candidates with experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, room sales, banquet sales, MICE, events, or B2B sales will be preferred. Must have strong communication, negotiation, client-handling, and field-sales skills, with the ability to generate business independently.Networking: Building ties with local event planners, wedding coordinators, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
