Field Executive Job Type: Full-time Location: Gurugram Experience: 02 years Salary: 14000-15000/per month Job Description We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients/customers, handling field activities, maintaining good customer relationships, and completing assigned tasks within the given timelines. Key Responsibilities Visit customers/clients at assigned locations.Handle daily field activities and complete assigned targets.Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.Collect and verify required information/documents from customers.Coordinate with the office/team regarding field activities and updates.Prepare daily visit and activity reports.Follow up with customers when required.Achieve assigned targets and maintain productivity.Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned team.Follow company policies and procedures while working in the field.Requirements 12th pass or Graduate.02 years of experience in field sales, marketing, collection, delivery, or customer service is preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable travelling within the assigned area.Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications.Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.What We Offer Fixed monthly salary.Travel allowance .Training and on-the-job support.Growth and career development opportunities.Interested candidates can apply through Indeed.
