What you'll do on a typical day: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking. Prepare insightful financial analyses and management presentations to support business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using ERP and BI tools. Partner with global Finance and Controlling teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial information. Drive process improvements through standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives. Perform ad hoc financial analyses while ensuring compliance with corporate reporting standards. Collaborate closely with international teams across Europe and other regions, acting as a reliable partner for data and insights. What you'll need to be successful: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis, preferably in a global or shared services environment. Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Power BI. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with international teams. Fluent English communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven, and continuous improvement mindset. Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones and support international business operations when required. For this position different locations might be considered.
