RTR Executive

We are looking for an experienced Record to Report (RTR) professional with a strong background in financial accounting, reconciliations, month-end closing, and reporting. The candidate should be a qualified chartered accountant with 4+ years of relevant experience in RTR/general accounting processes. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities and month-end close processes.Perform balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and other account reconciliations.Handle fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and other accounting adjustments.Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate closure of books.Prepare month-end reporting and financial accounting schedules.Review and resolve reconciliation breaks, outstanding items, and accounting discrepancies.Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in accordance with accounting policies and standards.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and reconciliation-related issues.Support audit requirements and provide relevant schedules/documentation as required. Requirements: Mandatory Skills: RTR / Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Month-End Closing, Month-End Reporting, Journal Entries, Accruals, Depreciation, General Accounting.Qualified CA.4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.Strong experience in RTR / General Accounting.Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills. .
