Junior US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Talent Edge Consulting is expanding its US IT Staffing and Bench Sales operations and is looking for a Junior US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to support the marketing and placement of IT consultants in the US market. Experience: 6 months1.5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales. Key Responsibilities: Market IT consultants who are available on bench to US recruiters and staffing vendors. Identify suitable US IT job requirements matching consultant skills, experience, location and rate. Send consultant profiles/hotlists to relevant recruiters and vendors. Follow up with recruiters/vendors regarding submitted profiles. Coordinate interview schedules and obtain feedback. Maintain daily marketing, profile submissions and follow-up reports/trackers. Communicate regularly with the required team regarding consultant availability, requirements, rates and interview updates. Build and maintain professional relationships with US recruiters and staffing vendors. Ensure accurate and timely updating of consultant and submission information. Required Skills: Basic understanding and working knowledge of US IT staffing and Bench Sales. Familiarity with US IT recruitment terminology and processes. Good communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work with recruiters/vendors in the US market. Good email communication and internet research skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Basic knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, visa types and US staffing processes. Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Full-time US business hours / night shift Compensation: 10,00015,000 per month, based on experience and suitability. Additional performance incentives linked to successful billable consultant placements/projects. Incentive earnings are in addition to the fixed monthly salary and are based on the company's applicable performance/incentive structure. Who We Are Looking For: A motivated junior Bench Sales professional who is willing to learn, consistently follow up with recruiters, and contribute to building the US IT staffing business. Important: Candidates with actual US IT Bench Sales experience will only be preferred. This is a Bench Sales/consultant marketing role and not a general IT recruitment position.
