We are technology partners with HP, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, NetApp, and other global OEMs. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Windows L2 Administrator to manage, support, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows Server and IT infrastructure environments. The role involves administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V, VMware, NAS/SAN storage, Veeam Backup, DNS, DHCP, monitoring, patch management, wireless infrastructure, and basic Fortinet security infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in production Windows Server environments and be capable of providing L2 infrastructure support, troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and operational processes. Create, edit, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security, software deployment, and standardization. Troubleshoot authentication issues, account lockouts, and Active Directory replication health.
