This includes authorising line clearance during product changeovers in both warehouse and production (manufacturing and packing). The role also involves conducting quality examinations at regular intervals through in-process checks during the production process. Additional responsibilities include performing sampling of intermediates, finished drug products, reserve samples, and stability samples from manufacturing and packing stages, followed by submission to the Quality Control unit for testing. The candidate will participate in hold time study programs by performing sampling and retaining required samples in controlled storage, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities Authorise line clearance during product changeovers. Conduct regular in-process quality checks. Perform sampling of drug products and submit to Quality Control. Engage in hold time study programs and manage sample storage. Ensure compliance with environmental management systems. Perform visual inspections and manage reserve sample maintenance. Review batch records for accuracy and compliance. Approve or reject procedures impacting drug product quality. Eligibility Criteria Relevant degree in life sciences or related field. Experience in quality assurance or quality control roles. Strong understanding of cGMP regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
