Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech /PG in Civil or Construction Management Experience: 15+ Years No. of Openings: 1 Location: Pune Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules (WBS, resource cost loading, milestones, critical path) using Primavera P6 / MS Project. Monitor progress vs baseline using Earned Value Management (EVM); analyze variances; drive mitigation / recovery plans. Prepare and defend Extension of Time (EOT) and delay claims using Time Impact, Windows Analysis, As-Planned vs As-Built comparisons, supported with robust documentation. Assist cost control: cash flow forecasts, resource histograms, manpower / equipment planning. Engage with site execution, construction, contracts, survey, QA/QC in gathering data, assessing progress, and updating schedules. Interface with external stakeholders (clients, contractors, legal, claims consultants) on schedule, delay, cost matters. Ensure schedule and cost documentation is auditable, aligned with contract clauses, and compliant with governance processes. Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); Master s or PMP/OPM qualification is a plus 15+ years of planning / project controls experience on large highway or infrastructure projects Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and / or MS Project Strong experience in EVM, delay analysis, claims preparation (Time Impact, Windows, As-Built vs As-Planned) Deep understanding of highway construction methods (earthworks, pavement, drainage, structures) Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-discipline coordination skills Familiarity with contract, legal, and claims management in infrastructure projects Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
