Support the team during knowledge transfer; drive performance metrics during and post-KT. Study and bridge gaps in SOPs; drive audits, data quality checks, and SOP governance for employee lifecycle operations. Ensure robust FMEA and mitigation strategies. Define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals; drive continuous improvement. Identify and implement process excellence opportunities; monitor quality assurance frameworks. Bring domain expertise; support new hire onboarding, refresher sessions, and cross-training. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards. .
