HIRING HCM PayRoll Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Payroll Consultant to join our HR Technology team. This role focuses on driving end-to-end payroll implementations and managing the seamless flow of data between our core systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA Master Data Integration (MDI). You willbe responsible forensuringaccurateemployee and organizational data replication,maintainingpayroll master data, and providing critical post-Go-Live support. Key Responsibilities: * Project Execution: Deliver at least34end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation lifecycles from blueprinting to deployment. * System Integration: Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors to SAP S/4HANA Master Data Integration (MDI). * Data Replication: Build, monitor, and troubleshootemployeeand organizational data replication pipelines. * Payroll Management: Set up andmaintainpayroll master data, schemas, wage types, and calculation configurations. * Hypercare & Support: Lead post-Go-Live support activities, resolve IDoc/replication errors, and handle system enhancements. * Collaboration: Partner with HR stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications. Candidate Profile & Qualifications: * Experience:46years of dedicated hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Payroll. * Project Track Record: Minimum of34full lifecycle, end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation projects completed. * Mandatory Integration Skills: Proven, practical experience with SuccessFactors to S/4HANA data replication. * Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and payroll master data structures.
