Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train and manage Insurance Advisors/Agents. Drive business and premium through the Agency Channel. Achieve branch sales and revenue targets. Manage team performance and improve productivity. Develop and expand the agency distribution network. Maintain strong customer and advisor relationships. Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. 3-10 years of experience in Life Insurance, Agency Sales. Experience in advisor recruitment, team handling and target achievement. Strong communication, leadership and sales skills.
