We are seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and measurement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works from construction drawings and project documents. Key Responsibilities Review MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Perform material take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation. Verify quantities and measurements as per project requirements. Coordinate with design and project teams to resolve quantity-related issues. Maintain project records and prepare measurement reports. Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. 4-0 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other digital quantity take-off and estimating tools. Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings. Good analytical and communication skills.
