Quality Control

Dear We urgently required Quality Manager for sheet metal manufacturing experience, Job Responsibilities ob Responsibilities Manage and lead the Quality Control team and day-to-day quality activities. Handle quality inspection for sheet metal fabrication, welding, cutting, bending, and assembly processes. Establish and maintain quality standards, inspection procedures and process controls. Monitor incoming material, in-process and final inspection. Identify defects, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure proper control of welding quality, dimensions, tolerances and surface finish. Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Stores teams to resolve quality issues. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely corrective action. Maintain quality reports, inspection records and other required documentation. Conduct regular quality audits and monitor compliance with company standards. Train and guide Quality Engineers, Inspectors and other team members. Drive continuous improvement and reduction of rejection, rework and customer complaints. Candidate Profile Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification. 7-12 years of experience in Quality Control , preferably in sheet metal fabrication. Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes and welding inspection. Experience in handling and managing a team of 7-10 quality personnel . Good knowledge of measuring instruments, drawings, tolerances and inspection techniques. Strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
