Job Description Production Executive Designation: Production Executive Industry: Butter Paper / Food Packaging Paper Manufacturing / Aluminium foil Paper Department: Production Experience: 2-5 years Location: Manufacturing Plant Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day production activities as per production plan and dispatch requirements. Monitor butter paper manufacturing processes, machine operations, and production output. Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum wastage and downtime. Monitor raw material consumption and maintain proper production records. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments. Ensure product quality and process parameters are maintained as per specifications. Monitor manpower allocation and ensure effective utilization of production staff. Maintain production reports, shift records, wastage reports, and machine performance data. Follow safety, housekeeping, GMP, and company production procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs. Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing unit Knowledge of production processes, machine handling, manpower management, and production planning.
