Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily loan fulfillment operations for multiple loan products (Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, Personal Loan, etc.). Monitor loan files from login to disbursement and ensure all cases are processed within the agreed TAT. Verify customer documentation for completeness and compliance before submission to lending partners. Coordinate with relationship managers, customers, bank officials, legal agencies, technical agencies, and credit teams to resolve documentation or processing issues. Track pending cases and proactively follow up to achieve timely loan approvals and disbursements. Ensure accurate maintenance of loan records, MIS reports, and operational dashboards. Monitor disbursement schedules and ensure all pre-disbursement conditions are fulfilled. Maintain compliance with lender policies, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Supervise and guide the fulfillment team, allocate workloads, and monitor individual performance. Conduct quality checks to minimize documentation errors and rework. Handle customer escalations related to processing and disbursement. Coordinate with finance and banking partners for successful loan disbursement and reconciliation. Prepare periodic reports on pipeline status, approvals, disbursements, rejection analysis, and operational performance. Required Skills Strong understanding of loan processing, documentation, underwriting workflow, and disbursement procedures. Knowledge of banking regulations and lending practices. Excellent coordination and follow-up skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM/Loan Management Systems. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple loan cases simultaneously. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
