NDT LEVEL 2 & 3

Dear Candidate, We are hiring for NDT LVELE 2 & 3 for Engineering company. Positions : 2 Location : Hyderabad 1. Responsibility The level III in the method shall review NDT requirements and assure the proper sequence for NDT operations is achieved as specified by the appropriate process standard and/or drawing. Verification of proper sequencing may be accomplished as noted below, but is not limited to these options: I. The level III signature on the routing and/or checklist, approving the sequence. II. Use of a sequence template for specific product, or family of product, which has been approved by the level III. III. Approval of part drawings which include the sequence of operations by the level III. Level III has been given responsibility for identifying and assuring implementation of customer NDT requirements for the following. a) Review of NDT requirements b) Sequence of NDT operations c) NDT technique review/development and approval d) NDT procedure review/development and approval e) Audit by Level III will using TPG audit check sheet and audit results f) Training of NDT personnel g) Examination of NDT personnel written examination, which demonstrates the operators Knowledge of the process technology and types of discontinuities, the specific qualification and certification system and the basic principles of NDT methods ( UT, MPI, VT, PT and RT) as required for Level II. 2. Sub tier Flow down Procurement procedure to ensure that the requirement are adequately imposed on the sub-tier supplier that includes but is not limited to calibration service, process control tests, materials and equipment and inspection facilities as related to NDT. Internal NDT Audits Procedure requiring an internal audit of the NDT system and to address a review of the NDT inspection process, the associated documentation, personnel certifications, adequacy NDT process procedures and equipments. An Internal NDT audit includes a review of the NDT inspection process, the associated documentation (Planning and inspection certifications), personnel certifications (for existence and completeness) and NDT equipment calibration system certification.
