Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist - MiraRoad

Experience: 1 -15 Years Industry Preference: Recruitment Consulting, Staffing, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, HR Consultancy About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment across Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemicals, EPC, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Building Materials, Industrial Automation, and allied sectors. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and database search. Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates as per mandate requirements. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining. Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements. Ensure timely closure of assigned positions. Maintain candidate and client records in the recruitment database. Desired Candidate Profile: 1 -15 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Executive Search. Experience working on manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or corporate hiring mandates will be preferred. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
