Role & responsibilities Design, develop, customize, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions based on business and technical requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions. Develop and maintain Dynamics AX customizations, workflows, reports, forms, classes, tables, and integrations where applicable. Participate in technical design discussions, solution development, and requirement refinement activities. Support integration activities using APIs, middleware solutions, batch processes, and thirdparty applications where applicable. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve applicationrelated issues, defects, and performance concerns. Support data migration, deployment, testing, validation, release management, and quality assurance activities to ensure solution reliability and functionality. Participate in change management and application support activities including issue resolution, bug fixing, and enhancement delivery. Support reporting and business intelligence activities associated with Dynamics AX solutions where applicable. Maintain technical documentation including technical specifications, process documentation, configuration details, and operational procedures. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and client teams to support successful project execution. Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project delivery coordination. Maintain awareness of Dynamics AX updates, ERP platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. .
