Role Description The Sales Service Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle for KIYA precision grinding machines. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and capabilities, and assisting in selecting suitable machines for specific applications. The role involves coordinating remote diagnostics, troubleshooting performance issues, and guiding customers through maintenance and repair procedures. The Sales Service Engineer will also prepare basic technical documentation, maintain service records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and a high level of service satisfaction. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues with precision machinery.Experience in field service and remote customer support, preferably within industrial equipment or manufacturing environments.Clear and professional communication skills for explaining technical concepts and coordinating with customers and internal teams.Hands-on knowledge of maintenance & repair practices and technical support processes for mechanical or electro-mechanical systems.Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple customer requests, and prioritize tasks effectively.Familiarity with grinding machines or similar industrial machinery is an advantage.Basic proficiency in using CRM or service management tools and standard office software. .
