Python Developer (GenAI) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and innovative Python Developer with Generative AI expertise to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing AI-powered applications, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), building intelligent automation solutions, and creating scalable backend services using Python. The role requires hands-on experience with up-to-date AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and deploying GenAI solutions in production environments. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using Python. - Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, or similar models. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services for AI applications. - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases. - Work with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face. - Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to define and deliver AI-driven solutions. - Optimize prompts, workflows, and model performance to improve response quality and efficiency. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance AI applications in production environments. - Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI systems. - Document technical designs, processes, and deployment procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in Python development. - Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms. - Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks. - Experience building and consuming REST APIs. - Strong understanding of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search. - Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Proficiency with Git and software development best practices. Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Knowledge of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with machine learning concepts and model fine-tuning. - Experience with NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and AI observability tools. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems. .
