Job Title: Tech Lead Network & Security Company: IT Services & Consulting Location: Nehru Place, Delhi Experience: 5+ Years Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Tech Lead, L3, or in a relevant leadership role Work Mode: Work from Office Travel: Pan-India travel as required Budget: Up to 25 LPA Interview Process: 2 to 3 rounds; Video Conference and/or Face-to-Face Notice Period: Immediate joiners, candidates serving notice period, or 30 to 60 days Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Network & Security with strong hands-on expertise in firewall architecture, network security, VPN, NAC, routing, switching, and data center security. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and leading network security solutions across enterprise and large-scale production environments. Key Responsibilities & Technical Requirements Firewall & Network Security In-depth understanding of Firewall Architecture . Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Firewalls, IPS, and related security technologies, including NGFW, NAC/AAA, UTM, and NGIPS . Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, Site-to-Site VPN, and Remote Access VPN connectivity. Hands-on experience with Device Hardening, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, and IPsec VPN . Strong hands-on experience with Site-to-Site VPN technologies, including: IPsec GRE mGRE DMVPN FlexVPN Cloud-based VPN integrations with Azure, AWS, and GCP Hands-on experience with Remote Access VPN solutions using: SSL VPN IPsec IKEv2 AnyConnect RADIUS/LDAP integration Posture checks Endpoint compliance policies Strong knowledge of NAT, ACL, Access Groups, IPsec, and AAA , with the ability to troubleshoot network protocols. Network Access Control (NAC) Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass for NAC design and implementation. In-depth knowledge of: 802.1X RADIUS TACACS+ Active Directory (AD) LDAP Proven experience designing and deploying NAC use cases, including: Posture Assessment & Compliance Guest Access Portals and Onboarding BYOD onboarding and control Device Profiling and Policy Enforcement Ability to create and troubleshoot authentication and authorization policies, device profiles, and endpoint compliance checks. Routing & Switching Strong understanding of routing protocols and technologies, including: OSPF BGP ACL Strong knowledge of switching technologies, including: VLAN VTP STP Inter-VLAN Routing HSRP EtherChannel VSS Stacking Firewall Technologies Hands-on configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting experience with next-generation firewalls, including: Cisco: FTD 2100, 4000, 9000 Series; ASA 5500 Series; VM appliances Palo Alto: PA-3200, PA-5200, PA-7000 Series; VM appliances Fortinet: FortiGate 800, 900, 10007000 Series; VM appliances Check Point: 3000 and 6000 Series Design, Implementation & Project Delivery Review and validate High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Acceptance Tests . Experience working on at least 2 to 3 organization-level projects . Understanding of designing and implementing Data Center Network Security . Work closely with customers, project managers, and engineering teams to develop customized network solutions. Collaborate with Project Managers on project planning, status reporting, and adherence to project timelines and processes. Understanding of resilience principles, including: Availability Security Scalability Reliability Good to Have Understanding or experience with Load Balancing technologies . Understanding or experience with Sandboxing and Anti-APT solutions . Understanding or experience in configuring network/security devices through APIs . Understanding or experience with NAC and Endpoint Security . Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of relevant, hands-on experience in Security Technologies . Strong hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Firewalls. Strong understanding of Network and Security Infrastructure . Experience deploying Security Infrastructure in large-scale production environments . Experience configuring and maintaining: Firewalls Virtual Private Networks Web protocols Email security Strong practical knowledge of Routing and Switching troubleshooting . Good knowledge of Network Infrastructure deployment . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and convincing skills.
