Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Purchase / Procurement Manager with strong experience in household products, home utility products, kitchen products, cleaning products, or other daily-use consumer goods. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor sourcing, product purchasing, price negotiation, vendor management, inventory planning, purchase operations, and cost optimization. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement of household and consumer products while ensuring competitive pricing, product quality, timely availability, and smooth vendor coordination. Role OverviewThe candidate will independently manage the complete procurement cycle for household and home-use products, including supplier identification, product sourcing, price negotiation, purchase planning, order placement, inventory coordination, quality follow-up, and vendor performance management. The role requires a mid-senior level professional who understands the household products market and supplier ecosystem and can build and maintain strong vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing of household and home utility products.Source products such as kitchen utilities, cleaning products, storage items, home organization products, daily-use household items, and other consumer products.Identify and onboard reliable manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers.Develop and maintain a strong network of household product vendors.Negotiate product pricing, MOQ, payment terms, credit period, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.Compare quotations from multiple vendors and ensure the best possible purchase price.Identify cost-saving and product sourcing opportunities.Plan purchases according to sales requirements, demand, and inventory levels.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.Monitor stock levels and ensure there are no stock-outs of fast-moving products.Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams regarding incoming and outgoing inventory.Ensure products meet required quality standards before final procurement.Handle vendor complaints, delayed deliveries, defective products, replacement issues, and other supplier-related concerns.Track purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, pending orders, and vendor commitments.Maintain complete procurement records, vendor databases, purchase reports, and MIS.Monitor vendor performance based on pricing, quality, delivery, and reliability.Continuously research the market for new products, suppliers, manufacturers, and better pricing.Coordinate with Management, Finance, Warehouse, Operations, and other internal teams.Prepare regular procurement reports covering purchases, inventory, vendor performance, and cost savings.Take ownership of procurement targets and overall purchasing efficiency. Mandatory / Preferred Experience 58 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Sourcing.Experience in household products / home utility products / kitchen products / cleaning products / consumer goods is highly preferred.Candidates who have worked with household product manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, D2C brands, e-commerce companies, FMCG, or consumer goods companies will be preferred.Strong experience in vendor sourcing and vendor management.Hands-on experience in price and commercial negotiation.Experience managing multiple vendors and product categories.Good understanding of MOQ, lead time, purchase pricing, margins, inventory, and supplier terms.Experience working in a fast-paced procurement environment.
