Were building enterprise Agentic AI products that can reason, use tools, access enterprise knowledge, orchestrate workflows, and get real work done. Mumbai | 5+ Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred What Youll Do Architect & Build: Lead the development of AI models and LLM-powered agents specifically designed for complex payment workflows. Scale: Deploy and optimize RAG pipelines and fine-tuned models that can handle the precision required by global banking standards. Innovate: Work directly with the founding team to turn napkin sketches into scalable, AI-driven products. Own the Stack: From data engineering to MLOps, youll have a seat at the table for all major technical decisions. What Were Looking For Experience: 5-7 years in Software Engineering, with 2+ years focused on deploying AI/ML models in production. The Tech: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). Infrastructure: Proficiency with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate), Cloud infra (AWS/Azure), and MLOps. Mindset: A builder who moves fast, values clean code, and understands that in a startup, done is better than perfect. Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech is a strong advantage.
