We provide Coding, Medical Billing, AR Follow-up Collections, Call Centers, Cash Applications, Patient Access, Authorizations, Credentialing, and Analytics designed to maximize our provider clients revenue. This allows our client providers to stay focused on the practice of medicine rather than the business of medicine. We have worked with over 10,000 providers representing 32+ specialties and over 30+ technology platforms in our 20+ years of business. Team Lead QA - Correspondence - Position Summary At Strivant Health, our Patient Access teams play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely access to care while supporting accurate reimbursement for healthcare providers. As a Patient Access Team Lead , you will provide leadership, coaching, and operational support for teams responsible for patient registration, insurance verification, authorization coordination, financial clearance, and patient liability activities. This role combines leadership, training, quality oversight, and hands-on operational support. You will help team members navigate complex patient access scenarios, resolve account issues, monitor quality and productivity, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What Youll Do Your Impact Matters Lead, coach, and mentor Correspondence team members to achieve productivity, quality, and service goals. Conduct quality audits and reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client requirements. Support the processing and resolution of correspondence including payer communications, provider requests, patient inquiries, and operational escalations. Assist with onboarding, training, SOP development, and ongoing employee development initiatives. Monitor team performance, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes. Manage escalated or complex correspondence issues and assist with resolution efforts. Collaborate with AR, Patient Access, Cash Applications, and other Revenue Cycle teams to resolve workflow issues and improve operational efficiency. Support reporting, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, medical billing, correspondence processing, patient access, accounts receivable, or related functions. Previous team lead, quality auditor, mentoring, coaching, or training experience required. Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows and documentation standards. Experience reviewing accounts, correspondence records, or operational work queues for quality and accuracy. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and quality improvement initiatives preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and support multiple clients or workflows simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, compliance, and customer service.
